How is the Ukranian Donbass situation any different from Kosovo/NATO bombings of entire Serbia? Where was everyone during the last 8 years during the Donbass war where Ukraine deployed battalions composed of neo-nazis against unarmed civilians? Further unapproved thoughts from approved sources: 1. US ambassador decided who they'll pick for the puppet during the 2014 coup, right on this call: [this video] 2. Ukraine is the only country with an official neo-Nazi battalion: [link] 3. Ukraine parliament speaker was an open anti-semite and neo-nazi, and also served as minister of national security(!): [link] [link] ... 4. Ukraine commits assaults and arson against their rather sizable ethnic minorities, again, using their neo-nazi groups: [link] ... 5. Ukraine has neo-nazis at every level of their government: [link] 6. Ukrainians killing civilians for 8 years using the same neo-nazi battalions mentioned above: [link] Just as Ukraine refused humanitarian corridors during the last 8 years in Donbass, they are refusing them now to their own civilians to exit cities under siege. It's amazing how people think Ukraine is this shining beacon of freedom and Russia is this evil orc empire, when in fact, they both have the same transparency score, aka just as corrupt. Now tell me, how is recognizing independence of a province populated by a persecuted ethnic group, and then marshalling troops to protect it any different from NATO vs Kosovo? The minority is Russian, so I guess it's a safe pre-app

> And the situation in Ukraine was manufactured by Russia on purpose. That makes no sense at all [0], it wasn't Russian politicians that went to Euromaidan to rile the people there up how more negotiations would be "Not enough" [1], that were pretty much Western, and particularly US politicians and "their people" in Ukraine, like Arseniy Yatsenyuk [2]. Who Victoria Nuland called "our man in Ukraine" when discussing how to grandfather in his new Ukrainian government at the UN [3] Even Germany threw in their bid for new PM of Ukraine, with a German national [4], thus Klitschko didn't even qualify for that position without an Ukrainian citizenship. I guess they could have done it like with Natalie Jaresko, an American banker who ended up becoming the new Ukrainian minister of finance, got her Ukrainian citizenship the same day she was sworn in as minister [5]. This whole situation also lead to the Russian military having massive supply issues, as East Ukraine used to be rather integral manufacturing hub for Russian military arms [6]. Why would Russia want to "manufacture" losing all of that? > It's true that USA has done some terrible things in the past. And it's too bad the perpetrators never got punished. But it doesn't mean we should tolerate this behaviour elsewhere. The US still is doing these things, US troops still illegally occupy territories in places like Cuba and Syria. US drones and Special forces still kill people in at least half a dozen countries [7], with the hel

> Ukraine is not "NATO controlled", and has been refused entry into NATO. Nobody has suggested putting NATO missiles in Ukraine; that's all Putin's propaganda. Ukraine is actually controlled by the US State Department, and has been since the Maidan Coup overthrew a democratically elected leader. It was Washington & Brussels that issued an Ultimatum to Yanokovych in [link] that preceded the protests and led to the coup. It was US State Department leaders that selected, rather than elected, Ukraine's leaders post-coup [this video] The US's own STRATFOR, Private CIA, even calls this a coup [link] It was the Oligarch Kolomoisky that bankrolled Zelensky's campaign, providing him protection, a bodyguard, vehicles, and other resources [link] However, it is also known that Burisma hired Hunter Biden, [link] and, Burisma is controlled by the Oligarch Kolomoisky [link] It was the US State Department that also sanctioned the Oligarch Kolomoisky for public corruption in 2021 [link]

> I’m not sure they’re even able to without mass protests because the lng pipeline from the us will immediately dry up. The cold war has already gone hot thanks to "Fuck the EU" US interference in Ukraine [0] by now having escalated into a full blown open war, just like there is no "LNG pipeline from the US" to Europe. > not sure they’re even able to without mass protests Do you mean mass protests like they we had over the invasion of Iraq? That didn't lead to anything and thus has crippled the global peace movement to this day. That's why the idea that European people will "take to the streets" to protest for "American gas", is pretty out there and quite fantastical. Before that happens you will see people take to the streets to protest the sanctions that are mainly responsible for this economic hardship, sanctions pushed for by Washington. [0] [this video]
